A friend of mine just committed suicide, and I've been struggling with depression lately. This sounds like a good book for me. Please enter me.

Depression is a difficult thing to go through, I'm happy that the author was able to over come it and wrote about her story which I'd love a chance to read. I suffer from mild depression and know its not a very easy battle to overcome.
